Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Your items will be shipped in 5 to 7 business days upon receipt of order. We reserve the right to purchase delivery confirmation service(s) from the desired shipping company at no additional cost to customer. We also reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any order or to refuse orders requested to be sent to unconfirmed billing addresses. Special requests are granted under special circumstances as determined by us. Our responsibilities end upon confirmed delivery. In addition, we are not responsible for orders if incorrect shipping information is provided. All missing shipments and disputes must be reported within 30 days of the order date.

Errors and Omissions: We regret any errors and/or omissions that might occur from our web site. We make no warranties and/or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this sites content and we assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content and/or services offered by this site.

Returns: All unopened items purchased from us may be returned for a refund within 30 days of shipment. Returns are not accepted on items without prior consent from ReplacementRazor.com. Due to the nature of our products, opened items may only be returned if you receive authorization from our service department. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable with exceptions deemed appropriate by our service department.

All opened items may only be returned with authorization from ReplacementRazor.com. ReplacementRazor.com will provide customers with return authorization forms upon receipt of written request VIA email Returns@ReplacementRazor.com, or physical mail.

Returned items are subject to a "20% restocking charge". We are not responsible for returns which are lost or misdirected. Credit card refunds will reflect a credit on following month's billing statement. (The month immediately following the date returned items are received).
